Chapter 22: Killing Bosses Requires Thinking

Li Yao was glad that the squad could not see the stack of skills the Boss had, otherwise they would have felt discouraged to continue fighting. When compared to the Boss, players were nothing but flies.

“Listen to my instructions. Jia, Raindrop and Dreamer, all of you get together and attack with your full strength. Dragon, you will stand on the right of the boss to take care of the summoned cobras.” Li Yao said hurriedly.

“I have fought with this boss once. If he only uses Lightning Chain, I can heal the damage taken.” Dreamer replied hurriedly.

Li Yao nodded and took out his Heavy Crossbow. He joined the others to stack up their DPS.

LilRainDrop was a summoner, she was able to provide speed buff to the squad. Blessing of Kings could increase everyone’s overall stats, and Li Yao’s Trueshot Aura provided 10% buff to ranged players.

With the summoner’s Faerie Fire, Li Jia’s Shadow Bolt and Dragon’s archery, they began attacking the boss.

Their damage output was around 18 to 22. Because Li Jia was wearing the elite equipment given by Li Yao, her output was not any less than the others.

This was the reason why wild Bosses were much more difficult to kill. The more players there were, the more overpowered the Boss would become. With more players, the mobs’ health could possibly reach ten thousand or more.

A blue arrow was shot, followed by a Charged Arrow. The cobras’ Rage was pulled toward Li Yao. Li Yao began running and shooting at the Boss.

Dragon’s voice was getting louder each time he spoke.

At that moment, the Boss had lost 40% of his health and his attacks were getting more frequent. BlueDreamer felt more and more pressured each time Dragon shouted at her. She lost her temper and began shouting, “Can you stop shouting! From what I can see, you’re not low in health yet. If you continue to shout like this, we can’t hear his commands.”
